The Impact of International Educational Indicators and Assessments on the Quality and Development of Educational Systems: A Comparative Analytical Study of Advanced Countries, Egypt, Tunisia, and Rwanda
Main Article Content
Abstract
This research aims to analyze the educational landscape in selected countries through a comparative examination of educational policies, quality frameworks, financing mechanisms, and performance indicators in light of international standards. The study adopts a comparative analytical approach and relies on a wide range of previous Arabic and international studies, as well as regional and global reports on education. The findings indicate that the challenges shared across Arab education systems include weak governance, limited monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, and insufficient alignment between curricula and labor-market demands. Enhancing educational quality requires strategic planning, measurable performance indicators, improved teacher capacity, and stronger links between educational policies and sustainable development goals. The study concludes with practical recommendations to support policymakers and improve the effectiveness of educational systems in the Arab region.
