Abstract

The research aims to measure the level of knowledge management and the level of stimulating innovative ideas for students expected to graduate during the spring 2023-2024 at the Higher Institute of Engineering Technology - Zliten, as well as to measure the level of preparation of entrepreneurial work as graduation projects for students of the Institute under research, and to identify the role of knowledge management in motivating Innovative ideas for the preparation of entrepreneurial work as graduation projects for students of the Institute under study, followed the descriptive approach, and the research community represents all faculty members who taught during the spring 2023-2024, and the initial data was collected through a questionnaire form distributed to the members of the During this chapter and following the comprehensive survey method due to the small size of the community, where the distribution of (44) questionnaires and obtained (27) valid questionnaires for analysis, has been used spss statistical program to analyze the data, and the research reached several results that there is a decline in The level of knowledge management, and the low level of stimulating innovative ideas for students expected to graduate, there is also a decline in the level of preparation of entrepreneurial projects such as graduation projects for students of the Institute under consideration, the results also showed a positive (positive) role of the level of knowledge management at the level of stimulating innovative ideas for students They are expected to graduate, as Alb The presence of extrusive role (positive), a statistically significant level of the role of knowledge management level at the level of preparation of pioneering work as graduation projects for students of the institute at the center level to stimulate innovative ideas.
