Abstract
This study aimed to explore the role of administrative empowerment, in all its dimensions, in achieving organizational commitment from the perspective of the employees of the Education Supervision Directorate under study. A questionnaire consisting of 22 items was designed, and a sampling method was used to collect data from the study population. A total of 103 questionnaires were distributed to all employees in the offices under study, of which 93 were returned. Among them, 83 questionnaires were valid for statistical analysis, representing 86% of the total population.
The study relied on both the descriptive and analytical approaches, and field study methods were used to collect the necessary data. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), version 24, was used to analyze the data and test the study hypotheses. Descriptive statistics were employed to present the study questions, and simple linear regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses.
