Evaluating the Field Training Program at the Faculty of Mergib University, from the -Physical Education, AlTeachers"-Perspective of Student-Teachers

Abstract
This research aims to evaluate field training at the Faculty of Physical Education, el-Mergib University, from the perspective of student-teachers. The researchers employed a descriptive-survey methodology, as its steps and procedures are well-suited to the nature and objectives of the study. The research sample was selected using a comprehensive census method, including all fourth-year students at the Faculty of Physical Education, el-Mergib University. The most significant results indicated:
1. A high level of student satisfaction regarding the academic supervisor's role in planning, guidance, and providing feedback.
2. The existence of a positive relationship between the academic supervisor and students, built on dialogue and support.
3. The school principal's role is more concentrated on administrative aspects compared to educational/pedagogical aspects.
4. A clear contribution from the faculty administration in organizing the
5. training program and bridging the gap between theory and practice
