The Reality of Effective Teaching Strategies for Overcoming Learning Difficulties among Basic Education Pupils in West Zawiya Schools from the Teachers’ Perspective

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the reality of effective teaching strategies for overcoming learning difficulties among basic education students in Al-Zawiya Al-Gharb schools (Abdul Rahman Al-Turki – Al-Mazar’a – Al-Istiqlal) from the teachers’ perspective. It also examined the existence of statistically significant differences in the reality of these effective teaching strategies attributed to two variables: (participation in training courses – years of experience). The study sample consisted of 108 teachers. The descriptive-analytical method was adopted, and a questionnaire was used to collect data from the study sample.
The study revealed the following results:
-The reality of effective teaching strategies for overcoming learning difficulties among basic education students in Al-Zawiya Al-Gharb schools (Abdul Rahman Al-Turki – Al-Mazar’a – Al-Istiqlal) from the teachers’ perspective was at a moderate level.
-There were statistically significant differences at (0.05) in the reality of effective teaching strategies for overcoming learning difficulties, attributable to the variable of participation in training courses, in favor of teachers who had received training.
-There were statistically significant differences at (0.05) in the reality of effective teaching strategies for overcoming learning difficulties, attributable to the variable of years of experience, in favor of teachers with 10 or more years of experience.
