Abstract

This research deals with credit cards and related rulings and issues. It is very important to explain the ruling on credit cards and how they work by referring to the texts of Islamic law. It links the rulings to contemporary jurisprudence, which is constantly evolving and diversifying in its methods. This is in line with the development of the era and the emergence of modern technologies involving many types of financial contracts, which need to be given a Shariah framework through research, investigation, and the derivation of rulings from Shariah evidence.
