Main Article Content
Abstract
This study examines the jurisprudence of Islamic da‘wah to Allah Almighty through Surah Ibrāhīm (peace be upon him), by uncovering the Qur’anic foundations and methodology for establishing monotheism, strengthening faith, and clarifying the role of the preacher in this process. The study adopts an inductive-analytical approach by tracing and analyzing the verses related to da‘wah. It demonstrates that monotheism constitutes the central of da‘wah, and that effective and respectful communication is among the most important factors for its success. The surah also highlights the impact of gratitude for divine blessings and warns against the consequences of turning away from the call to truth. The study concludes that the da‘wah methodology presented in Surah Ibrāhīm can serve as a model for the contemporary preacher, as it combines wisdom with consideration of human nature, and emphasizes the necessity of gradualism in da‘wah and the realization of the objectives of Islamic law through an appropriate da‘wah-oriented approach
