Abstract

This research is concerned with explaining an aspect of the fundamental applications related to the meanings of words, on the verse of inheritance, so that the first section is about the fundamental applications related to generality in this verse, and this section includes seven points about generality and specificity. As for the second section, it was devoted to talking about the applications of literal and figurative meaning in the verse of inheritance. It is hoped that this research will cover an aspect of the fundamental applications, and contribute to linking interpretation, jurisprudence and the principles of jurisprudence.
