The Qur'anic Waqf and its Impact on Interpretation: Surah An-Nur as an Example

Abstract

The search aims to indicate the differences in meaning interpretations and what entails of rules and others, differently Alwaqf (stopping) in Surah An-Noor; Alwaqf (stopping) is considered as one the qur'anic since approaches that related to the meaning.

In considering the difference in meaning to the difference in Alwaqf(stopping), it is ensuring the holy Quran eloquence and regulation in considering of multi meaning within differences in Alwaqf (stopping) position.

This study appears to show that all that is not being without control and it obligates take in regard completely Quranic semantic and meaning, because the neglectance of it could cause a misunderstanding of meaning which is not necessary, and throughout the study it appears the differences in Alwaqf (stopping) in six positions and it is because of differences of recitation of these verses, and the other reason is the differences of scholar's rules related to it.
