The Role of the social worker and the challenges Encountered in Dealing with school Administration

Abstract
This study aimed to identify the difficulties faced by school social workers in their interaction with school administration and to examine the challenges that hinder their performance within school. The study adopted a descriptive analytical approach using a desk review, based on the analysis of relevant theoretical literature and Previous Arabic studies in the field of school social work.
The study found that the most prominent difficulties faced by school social workers include the lack of clarity regarding their role among some school administrators, being assigned administrative tasks unrelated to their specialization, weak coordination, and limited administrative support. The study concluded that these difficulties negatively affect the effectiveness of school social.

The study concluded that these difficulties negatively affect the effectiveness of school social workers and the quality of social services provided within schools. It emphasized the importance of raising administrative awareness of the social worker's role, clearly defining their tasks, and strengthening cooperation to achieve educational objectives.
