Main Article Content
Abstract
This study aims to explore the role of social planning in enhancing the quality of healthcare services and to analyze its impact on the efficiency of institutions and their staff. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach to collect and analyze data related to the research topic. A 10-item electronic questionnaire was designed to assess participants’ perceptions regarding the contribution of social planning to improving healthcare service quality and enhancing institutional and individual performance. The study targeted a sample of 180 participants, including healthcare workers and social specialists, selected using the convenient sampling method. The results revealed that social planning significantly contributes to improving healthcare service quality, enhancing institutional and individual performance, and enabling beneficiaries to access comprehensive and equitable healthcare services. The study also identified key challenges, such as insufficient financial and human resources and weak coordination among institutions. Based on these findings, the study recommends the development of continuous training programs for staff, provision of adequate resources, strengthening inter-institutional cooperation, and promoting community participation to ensure optimal healthcare service quality.
