Abstract
The Mamluk period constituted a pivotal phase in the history of the Islamic world, particularly in Egypt and the Levant, marking a major turning point in Islamic civilization. The Mamluk sultans played a crucial role in establishing a strong political and administrative system, successfully confronting external threats such as the Mongols and Crusaders. Through effective governance and military strength, the Mamluk state achieved stability and contributed significantly to the preservation of Islamic heritage and institutions.
