Abstract
The researcher reviewed the principles, concepts and requirements of total quality management and their impact on the administrations of Libyan universities, where it was show that quality in education means precision and mastery and the transition from working in the traditional way to a nigh level of excellence and mastery imposed by our current era, the are of rapid technological change . to keep up with it.
Accordingly, the application of comprehensive quality standards in our universities has become an urgent necessity to pay attention to and apply them in our scientific institutions in order to keep pace with the technological age.
The research also addressed the clarification and importance of the basic principles for achieving total quality management, and clarifying the concept of quality that must be applied in our scientific institutions and the fruits that lead to improving and developing learning out comes in Libyan universities and believing in their importance to achieve success the study reached results represented in the fact that attention and focus no development and training on the frailty leads to improving work in the management of the educational institution, and that applying the principle of total quality and working with it is a collective responsibility that leads to successful financial and exemplary work so that we can achieve high results of mastery improving work increasing productivity and keeping up with our contemporary era.
