In a rapidly changing society, with its massive population explosion and widespread unemployment, the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency has worsened. This necessitates the social work profession's swift intervention to address this situation using modern professional methods, scientific knowledge, and all available advanced resources to work in this vital field.
