The Role of Artistic Creativity in Enhancing the Quality of Administrative Services: A Field Study on a Sample of Employees at the General Authority for Investment and Privatization Affairs

Abstract

This study examines the role of artistic creativity in enhancing the quality of administrative services and fostering innovation within organizations. It focuses on the impact of applying elements of artistic creativity in developing procedures and the work environment. The research employed a descriptive-analytical method to collect and analyze data. Findings show that a supportive environment, high qualifications, and alignment between experience and education are key motivators, while material and organizational obstacles limit creativity. Artistic creativity is found to improve efficiency, job performance, strategic decision-making, and overall organizational effectiveness.
