Abstract

Litigation through electronic means is considered one of the most prominent manifestations of digital transformation in the judicial service, as it represents a qualitative shift in the method of managing lawsuits and judicial procedures through the use of modern technological means. This research aims to clarify the concept of electronic litigation and its characteristics, and to identify the essential elements upon which this system is based.
