Abstract
(The chaznavid state- Women- free Women- Political Alliances through marriage –Cultural Role ). The research summary : Women in the Ghaznavid ear played an indirect role in political affairs, particulariy in matters related to the succession of sultans,relations with neighboring states,and the conclusion of peace treaties . Direct political involvement by women was rare, with al-Hurra al-khatliyya,the sister of Sultan Mahmud, representing one of the most notable examples. Sources also show that women of the Ghaznavid court, especially from elite circles, received education in reading,writing, religious studies, and literature, indicating a high level of cultural and intellectual awareness.
