The Financial System in Islamic and its Developmental Role in Society

Abstract

This study examines the Islamic Legislative framework under the title ( The Financial System in Islam and its Developmental Role in Society ) lt seeks to address several key questions, including :is Islamic Sharia suitable for every time and place. Can its systems ensure human well – being and provide appropriate solutions to some of the life challenges people face. Is it capable of keeping pace with scientific and industrial development in various fields, particularly global economic and financial development? By examining the relevant evidence – most of which is derived from the words of Allah Almighty – the study was structured as follows : The research is divided into an introduction two main sections . The first section out lines the characteristics, features, and evidential foundations of the Islamic financial system. The second section identifies the practical and life domains in which this system can be applied .The conclusion presents the findings and recommendations of the study.
