Sensory Images in the Diwan of Ibrahim Naji

Abstract

This research addresse the topic of "Sensory Imagery in the Poetry of Ibrahim Naji," which is one of the most important elements in constructing poetic texts in general, and modern and contemporary poetry in particular. Poets use sensory imagery to express their opinions and poetic experiences, and to paint their artistic pictures in a poetic blend that combines imagination and reality. The research consists of an introduction, a preface, and six sections. The preface covers the concept of poetic and sensory imagery and introduces the poet Ibrahim Naji. The six sections are organized according to the types of sensory imagery in Ibrahim Naji poetry. The research concludes with a summary of the findings of this study, followed by a list of sources and references .
