Abstract

​       A set of conclusions was reached, most notably: the formation of identity and belonging among children of foreign mothers is directly and positively influenced by the level of social acceptance and integration by the extended family and the tribe. Furthermore, the study revealed that the "accent or language crisis" during early childhood stages constitutes the primary barrier to full integration within the school environment, potentially generating a temporary sense of psychological alienation. On the developmental level, the findings confirmed that this group represents a latent human capital, owing to their cultural resilience and dual linguistic capabilities, which can be leveraged as cultural and economic bridges to support construction and sustainable development efforts in Libya. The research also recommended the necessity of launching media campaigns to correct stereotypes, alongside activating the role of school curricula and activities that embrace diversity to reinforce the values of inclusive citizenship.
