Abstract

The research dealt with the degree of application of total quality in Al-Zawia
Teaching Hospital from the point of view of a sample of employees, by identifying
the degree of availability (human capabilities - material capabilities - administrative
capabilities), and then looking for differences or not in the degree of application of
total quality in Al-Zawia Teaching Hospital It is attributed to the two variables
(gender, years of experience), and the research sample consisted of (142) male and
female employees, and it the descriptive followed analytical approach, and used the
questionnaire in collecting data from the research sample.
The search yielded the following results:

The degree of application of total quality in Al-Zawia Teaching Hospital from the
point of view of a sample of employees came to a high degree in the field of human
capabilities, and average in the areas of material and administrative capabilities.
- There are statistically significant differences in the degree of application of total
quality in Al-Zawia Teaching Hospital due to the gender variable in favor of males,
and to years of experience and in favor of (less than 10 years.)
