Abstract

This study falls within the studies conducted on the place of the novelist، as it is the most prominent component of the narrative structure that critical studies neglected، despite its importance، compared to other elements of the other fictional text. This great importance that this component acquires motivated me on the methods of spatialism in general and in the Libyan novel in particular، and specifically in the distinguished writer Saleh Al-Senussi through his novel “Meeting on the Bridge” and shedding light on how he employs this element to serve the text artistically، and the issues it raises. Intellectual، and we all hope that this study will achieve its desired goals، and reach the desired goals of choosing its subject.
