Abstract

The research aims to identify the importance of caring for the gifted at the stage of basic and secondary education and the importance of early detection of the gifted. Work and mastery, enhance self-confidence, motivate new talents in subsequent generations, and that satisfying psychological needs plays a major role in developing talent, and the need to work on training on how to use intelligence tests and measures so that the results are accurate, specific, and sound in early detection of the gifted. In light of this, the researcher recommends holding intensive training courses for teachers of talent and creativity and raising their efficiency periodically.
