Abstract
This research deals with aspects of facilitation in Islamic law in the chapter on purity, due to the importance it constitutes in the life of a Muslim and his worship. It aims to explain the tolerance of Islamic law and its ease in implementing the legal rulings that God has entrusted His servants with and that they are valid for every time and place as extensive evidence from the book the Sunnah is based on that and among these jurisprudential rulings is the chapter on purity in some of whose issues the wisdom of facilitation appears in Islamic law such as the non-obligation of repeating prayer for those who are unable to remove impurity and the transition from ablution to tayammum for those who cannot find water or are unable to use it and such as the permission to wipe over the socks wiping over a splint for those who are harmed by the use of water not having to repeat purity for a woman who is menstruating and other manifestations of ease that were unique to the nation of Muhammad –may God bless him and grant him peace –over other nations.
