Abstract
The aim of the study was to identify the level of Total Quality Management (TQM) and its role in achieving institutional accreditation standards among employees at Sabrata Cancer Hospital. The study sample consisted of 120 male and female employees, and the descriptive analytical method was followed. A questionnaire was used to collect data from the study sample. The study yielded the following results: The level of Total Quality Management (TQM) and its role in achieving institutional accreditation standards among employees at Sabrata Cancer Hospital was found to be high. There were statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level in the level of Total Quality Management (TQM) and its role in achieving institutional accreditation standards among employees at Sabrata Cancer Hospital, attributed to gender and years of experience.
