Procedures for Filing an Appeal in Algerian Administrative Judiciary and the Conditions for Its Admissibility

Abstract
This article examines appeals in administrative matters under Algerian law by analyzing the procedural framework governing their exercise. It discusses the concept and types of administrative appeals, the procedures for filing them and their legal effects, the conduct of appellate proceedings before administrative appellate bodies, and the general and specific conditions for admissibility. The study concludes that the Algerian legislator has established a comprehensive procedural and legal framework for administrative appeals, ensuring a balance between the right to litigation and the proper administration of justice while strengthening judicial oversight over administrative action.
