The study adopted the descriptive-analytical approach and was classified as a descriptive analytical study. A simple random sample of 100 respondents was selected. Data were collected using a questionnaire, and the statistical analysis relied on simple tables, frequencies, and percentages. The study reached the following findings: The majority of the respondents were aged 40 years and above. Most of the respondents held university degrees. The findings indicated that the majority of the respondents belonged to the high-income category, with a monthly income exceeding 2,000. The study also found that most respondents belonged to medium-sized families consisting of 3–5 members. Based on these findings, the study recommends the following: Raising families' awareness of the risks and consequences of domestic violence. Educating families through awareness and cultural programs that highlight the effects of domestic violence on children. Conducting further studies across different communities with varying cultural and social backgrounds to better understand the impacts of domestic violence.
