Abstract

Over the past three decades, the international system has undergone profound political, economic, security, and technological transformations. The collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991 marked the end of the bipolar international order and the emergence of the United States as the dominant global power. However, this dominance gradually declined with the rise of new international powers, particularly China, Russia, and India, contributing to a significant shift in the global balance of power.
