Abstract
Broken plurals are frequently used in the holy quran in most surahs, both plurals of paucity and plurals of abundance. these plural were studied in surah al Imran and applied to the verse to determine whether this pattern is used or neglected. this research addresses an important linguistic phenomenon in the noblest of linguistic texts, where the holy quran employs broken plural in a precise manner that contributes to enriching the expanding the connotations.
