Implementing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System and Its Impact on Institutional Excellence: A Field Study at the Petroleum Research Center Affiliated with the National Oil Corporation in Tripoli

Abstract

This research aims to identify the impact of the human resource planning system on organizational excellence at the National Oil Corporation, specifically at the Petroleum Research Center of the National Oil Corporation/Tripoli. The descriptive approach was used in conducting this research through data collection. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to the sample population, which consisted of all administrative leaders within the center, totaling (40) individualsUsing a comprehensive survey approach, due to the small size of the population, the research yielded several key findings, most notably: the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implemented in the organization is considered effective92% and provides accurate and understandable information to users. Furthermore, the research revealed clear impacts of the various dimensions of ERP (system quality, service quality, and information quality) on achieving organizational excellence.
