Positive Thinking and Its Relationship to Quality of Life among a Sample of Students at the University of Tripoli, Faculty of Education – Janzour

Abstract
This study aims to identify positive thinking and its relationship to quality of life among students at the Faculty of Education in Janzour. The sample consisted of (358) male and female students at the Faculty of Education in Janzour. The Positive Thinking Scale, prepared by Hind Maher Abdel Fattah (2021), and the Quality of Life Scale, prepared by Mahmoud Mansi, were used. Kazim (2006) found high levels of positive thinking and quality of life among students at the College of Education in Janzour. The results indicated no statistically significant differences in positive thinking levels based on gender or specialization. However, statistically significant differences in quality of life were found based on gender—favoring female students—while no statistically significant differences were observed regarding academic specialization.
