Effective teaching skills should highly engage students in the process of learning. The ability to support learning that is adapted to students` current levels of understanding; cognitively involving students in higher order thinking, and encouraging and supporting success. Inclusive teaching is effective for all students both with and without special education needs. This research paper investigates the importance of inclusive teaching in covering different thinking speeds of secondary school students from teachers perspectives. The researcher highlighted the need of this implementation in secondary school classrooms in order to pay more concern to those students who are less speed thinkers than the others.
