Résumé

This study attempts to identify the conceptual and scientific framework for integrating modern technology into the education process. and shows its most important objectives. and clarifies the most important requirements that must be met when integrating modern technology into education. which leads to deepening and enhancing the student's learning process. And the negatives resulting from the process of technological integration. and it also touches on talking about the patterns used. including the use of modern technology in presence. and identifying the most important axes and the necessary conditions when using face-to-face education and clarifying the most important difficulties that you may face. and based on the defects that have emerged using e-learning and education in the right way. The traditional two methods were mixed to produce a new strategy called blended or blended learning, which is the basis of this study. where the important strategies and requirements were discussed and the obstacles were identified. and this study concluded with the most important recommendations to make the most of the use of modern technology in the process of learning and learning until The goal is achieved by it.
