Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between positive communication skills and the level of social responsibility among secondary school principals in Sorman. The research follows a descriptive analytical approach, collecting data through a 20-item questionnaire divided into three main areas: positive communication skills, the impact of positive communication on interaction and collaboration, and strategies for developing positive communication skills. The sample included 60 principals from 12 secondary schools, and data were analyzed using means and standard deviations. The results indicated that positive communication skills play a crucial role in enhancing interaction and collaboration among principals, teachers, students, and parents, leading to an improved school environment and increased social responsibility. The study found that principals with strong communication skills positively impact school performance and foster a spirit of cooperation within the institution. Additionally, continuous training and professional development programs were identified as key factors in improving these skills and enhancing educational administration efficiency. Based on these findings, the study recommends adopting training programs to strengthen positive communication skills among school principals and implementing effective communication strategies to enhance social responsibility within educational institutions. Furthermore, the research encourages further studies on the impact of positive communication on the overall educational environment.
