LEGAL PROTECTION FOR THE WHISTLE-BLOWER AGAINST CURROPTION Comparative study)

Abstract

This research aims to study the legal protection of the accuser in international and regional agreement –(the united nations convention against corruption –The Arab convention against corruption –The African union convention on preventing and combating corruption ) and the national legislation (French –Algeria – Libyan ). Considering that protection .The accuser is one the most important mechanisms for combating corruption in the public and private sectors , this is done by stating the mechanisms that encourage the accuser to report by exempting him from criminal liability or reducing it. Protecting his private data ,protecting him from assault and measure that may be taken against him by the employer or the administrative boss and a statement of shortcomings in international agreement and national legislation and how to address them .
