Abstract

Shaikh Issa Ibn Omara's flattening speech and his grammatical efforts between the comprehensive and completion He was one of the readers of the Holy Quran, and he chose the languages of the Arabs that were contrary to his reading, and who realized the age of protest.He was more inclined to measure up and not ashamed of the error of the Arabs. He had clear prelude to the establishment of grammatical rules. He also was increasingly strict in grammatical rules, and he was supported by recitals of Quran readings from which he derived his grammar from them and what was said by the fluent Arabs and he was one of the trusted of the Holy Quran and linguistics. He was known for his eloquence in language for his and his elopuence pushed him to flattening in his speech and made it easy to be pronounced to footnotes and the strange and he has so many anecdotes in that. He was who had another opinion and he has a beginning in grammatical authorship and has even rached the mature achievement of: Comprehensive and Completion, two important streams, like a flowing river, extended its shadows ito the Book of Sibaweih, and introduced grammatical terms on reduction, uplift, iscription, miniaturization, elimination, and derivation. And so the image and the pillars of this science formed, and it became light, and his opinion was well-styled, wellwoven, wellspun, wellformed, well established and multifaceted. The grammatical differences were a bright sign of the growth and flullness of this science. Shaikh Issa Ibn Abi Omar provided grammar with a set of precise means. His grammatical efforts resulting from contentious issues contributed to the development of grammar that these two books became legendary.
