The degree of effectiveness of practising administrative processes (planning-evaluation-decision-making) for the principals of basic education schools

Abstract

The research aimed to clarify and influence the methods and methods used in the effectiveness of practicing administrative processes (planning - evaluation - decision-making) among primary school principals in Libya. The study used the descriptive approach, and one of the most important results was the use of accurate and more objective criteria to measure performance and improve the quality of the educational product, adopting Evaluation is based on more than one source, such as observing the performance of employees, the achievement of students.
