Abstract

Through the researcher's review of previous studies and the theoretical framework, a questionnaire was designed consisting of 28 paragraphs distributed over four areas: administrative and financial obstacles, faculty members, curricula, and students. The questionnaires were distributed after calculating their reliability and validity by taking the opinions of the arbitrators into account. Amendments were made and the questionnaire was put in its final form for application to a sample of faculty members at the Faculty of Education, Al-Qobba, numbering 74 faculty members. Through statistical analysis, the results of the research showed that the responses tended to agree more with the phrases measuring the dimensions (faculty members, curricula) and to a lesser extent with the dimensions (administrative and material obstacles, students). There were no differences in the answers of the study sample regarding the variables and dimensions of the study according to the scientific specialization variable, with the exception of the data for the dimension (faculty members), which showed significant differences in the answers in favor of the category (academic). The recommendations were reached, the most important of which is to conduct more workshops and seminars to demonstrate the importance of e-learning and to demonstrate its most important advantages and determinants of its adoption
