The Role of Strategic Planning in Improving Crisis Management Efficiency in Libyan Universities: A Case Study of the University of Bani Walid

Abstract
The study aims to explore the role of strategic planning in improving crisis management efficiency in Libyan universities, focusing on the University of Bani Walid as a model. The research adopted a descriptive analytical approach and was conducted on a sample of 155 individuals, including department managers and deans of faculties at the University of Bani Walid.The results of the study indicated that strategic planning plays a vital role in enhancing crisis management efficiency, with high averages recorded across all dimensions of strategic planning. There was a statistically significant relationship between strategic planning and crisis management efficiency. Additionally, it was found that the strategic vision, mission, and objectives contribute to improving the universities' responses to challenges and crises, thereby enhancing their ability to achieve their educational and research goals more effectively.
