Abstract
The study examined the role of e-management in achieving administrative empowerment. It aimed to determine the impact of e-planning on achieving administrative empowerment, to understand the extent of the impact of eorganization on achieving administrative empowerment, to then demonstrate the impact of e-guidance on achieving administrative empowerment, and to study the impact of e-control on achieving administrative empowerment. The study followed a descriptive, analytical, historical, and inferential approach. Among the most important findings of the study was the presence of a statistically significant relationship between e-planning and e-organization and administrative empowerment. The company's management's use of e-planning methods contributed to simplifying work procedures. Management has a vision for leveraging technological developments in e-planning to achieve administrative empowerment. The study recommended several recommendations, including the company's continued use of e-planning methods to contribute to achieving administrative empowerment, working to leverage various types of technological developments in e-planning to ensure the implementation of administrative empowerment, and the need to attract experienced and qualified personnel to develop plans and e-planning to simplify work procedures.
