Main Article Content
Abstract
This study aimed to explore the role of transformational leadership in enhancing school performance in the context of digital transformation, through a review of previous relevant studies and research. The findings of the study indicated that transformational leadership effectively contributes to improving school performance by addressing teachers' challenges, promoting collaboration among school staff, developing a shared professional culture, and increasing teachers’ motivation and professional commitment. The study also revealed that transformational leaders operate through multiple dimensions, including idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration, and employee empowerment, which collectively enhance innovation and improve school performance within an advanced digital learning environment. The study recommends strengthening the leadership skills of teachers and administrators, with a focus on transformational leadership, and integrating digital transformation across all aspects of school management to improve performance efficiency and the quality of education.
