Abstract
The study dealt with the impact of the characteristics of the educated organization
on organizational prowess and competitive advantage in the Libyan Post and
Telecommunications Company. The problem of the study was that, given the
situation in most Libyan non-governmental institutions, many of the elements that
fall under the names of modern management such as organizational prowess and
competitive advantage are not applied, which It negatively affected the performance
in general, and the reason for this may be the lack of application of the elements of
the educated organization in the Libyan Postal and Communications Company. The
methods of the educated organization represent the basic rule that must be provided
in any institution, especially in light of openness, intense competition and rapid
changes in the external environment. The study used the descriptive analytical
method, and the historical method. Among the most important results, the Libyan
Post and Telecommunications Company provided workers with sources of
continuous learning information at an average rate. The company’s employees have
the ability to logically analyze events. The company is keen to provide all means of
continuous learning in order to support individuals’ personal skills. The availability
of the communication method contributes to meeting the aspirations of The
company's employees, as it represents the main link between the company's
employees and management. The study recommended applying the axes of the
learning organization to ensure the presence of organizational ingenuity that
contributes to achieving competitive advantage, continuing to provide sources of
continuous learning information for employees to ensure performance development
in institutions, focusing on using the best methods in classifying data and information
in scientific ways, training employees in institutions on methods of logical analysis.
