Abstract
The research is concerned with studying climatic oscillations and their impact on groundwater in the northwestern region of Libya (SAHAL ALJAFARA. Where he dealt with the most important climatic factors and phenomena affecting climate oscillations, the most important of which are sunspots, greenhouse gases, jet streams and air masses, It turns out that climate systems are characterized by complexity and intertwining, as vibrations in one of the components of the ecosystem affect the rest of the ecosystems. The research was also interested in studying the vibration of rain in the study area, where the spatial vibrations of the rains of the study area were studied, as well as the study of the spatial vibrations of the airport of the study area, where it became clear that the study area suffers from a shortage in the amount of rain, and the possibilities of exposure to drought remain likely. Climate vibrations on water resources in the study area, where their characteristics and sources in the area were studied.
