Abstract

The current research aims to try to identify some methods and professional roles of the social worker to achieve the development goal of social service، in order to reduce the obstacles facing women's participation in voluntary work. A set of obstacles represented in the obstacles (personal، social، cultural، economic، administrative and organizational). Since the research belongs to the theoretical research pattern، some concepts related to a problem have been addressed in an abstract way. In volunteer work، and some strategies of the cognitive-behavioral approach to perform the roles of the social worker to achieve the development goal of social service in reducing the obstacles to women's participation in volunteer work، and by dividing the research topic into a set of axes، some conclusions were drawn، through which the researcher hopes to contribute to enriching knowledge and reaching To some recommendations that may be useful in future studies and research In the field of social studies aimed at supporting the role of women in society.
