The difficulties and obstacles that students of the Faculty of Education in Tripoli face during the implementation of their practical education program

Abstract
The Practical Education Program at the College of Education in Tripoli is considered one of the most important academic programs for student teachers. During this program, students are trained on the skills they have studied throughout their years of study and apply them practically. However, students may face some difficulties during the required training sessions. This study seeks to answer the question: What are the difficulties faced by student teachers during the implementation of the program? The study aims to provide a clear and detailed understanding of the challenges students encounter during the training phase. It also aims to identify the strengths and weaknesses in the preparation, coordination, and implementation of the program. Additionally, it contributes a scientific material to the library that can benefit those interested in the field of education and assist program developers in meeting all its requirements. The study provides a clear insight into the reality of practical education programs. The study found that there are obstacles and difficulties faced by student teachers based on the responses of the participants in the questionnaire, which targeted the fall 2022 batch and included 142 students.
