Abstract
The study aimed to explore the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance among secondary school teachers at Al-Aqaria School. It sought to identify the levels of both job satisfaction and job performance among these teachers and then investigate the nature of the relationship between the two variables. The study population consisted of 272 teachers and followed the descriptive-analytical approach, using a questionnaire to collect data from the study population. The study revealed the following results: The level of job satisfaction among secondary school teachers at Al-Aqaria School was average. The level of job performance among secondary school teachers at Al-Aqaria School was average. There are statistically significant differences in the level of job performance among secondary school teachers at Al-Aqaria School attributed to the variables of gender and years of experience. There is a positive correlation between job satisfaction and job performance among secondary school teachers at Al-Aqaria School.
