The degree to which private schools in Sabha apply Total Quality Management.

Abstract
The study aims to identify the extent to which private schools (private education schools) apply total quality management in the academic year (Spring 2025 – 2026), from the perspective of teachers in privateco educational schools (primary, intermediate, and secondary) in a research population of (6) schools and (296) female teachers, a random sample of (97) female teachers was taken. Appropriate statistical methods were used to extract the results, and the results showed that, at the level of the management and organization dimension, the statistical probability value of the test (0.00) is less than (%5). This means acknowledging that quality indicators are available in management and organization. At the level of the (teacher) dimension, the statistical probability value of the test reached (0.00) which is less than (%5) this means acknowledging that quality indicators are available when the teacher, and at the level of the (learner) dimension, the statistical probability value of the test reached (0.00), which is less than (%5), and this means acknowledging that indicators of learner quality are available. Ltwas recommended to continue monitoring the implement in private schools in Sabha.
