The Relative Contribution of Quality of Work Life in Predicting Psychological Capital Among a Sample of Faculty Members at the College of Education – Al-Mergib University

Abstract
The study aimed to investigate the predictability of psychological capital ، Al-Merqab University،among faculty members at the Faculty of Education the ،based on their quality of work life. To achieve the study's objectives researcher used the descriptive correlational approach to examine: the relationship between quality of work life and psychological capital among differences in quality of ، the levels of quality of work life،the study sample and differences between humanities ،work life between males and females and scientific specializations The study sample consisted of 50 faculty members from the Faculty of Education at Al-Murgab University. A scale for quality of work life was based on relevant theoretical frameworks،designed by the researcher : including،The study reached several key findings 1-Quality of work life is an influential factor in predicting the psychological capital of faculty members 2-There is a positive correlation between quality of work life and .psychological capital .3-Faculty members demonstrated a low level of quality of work life 4-There are statistically significant differences between males and females . in favor of females،in quality of work life 5-Differences based on specialization were in favor of faculty members in .scientific disciplines
