Abstract

The study aimed to explore the role of educational games in enhancing learning and classroom interaction among preparatory stage students in Al-Taa'won and AlShorouq schools in Sabriya from the perspective of their teachers. It also sought to identify statistically significant differences in the role of educational games in promoting learning and classroom interaction among preparatory stage students in Al- Taa'won and Al-Shorouq schools in Sabriya based on variables (gender, academic specialization, years of experience). The study sample consisted of 115 male and female teachers, and a descriptive-analytical approach was employed. A questionnaire was used to collect data from the study sample. The study yielded the following results: The role of educational games in enhancing learning and classroom interaction among preparatory stage students in Al-Taa'won and Al-Shorouq schools in Sabriya, from the perspective of their teachers, was rated as high. There were statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level in the role of educational games in promoting learning and classroom interaction among preparatory stage students in Al-Taa'won and Al-Shorouq schools in Sabriya, according to their teachers' perspectives. These differences were attributed to variables such as gender (favoring males), academic specialization (favoring literary), and years of experience (favoring 10 years or more).
