Abstract

The research dealt with an important issue that concerns a Muslim in his life, which is the ruling on wiping over bandages and splints. In order to avoid harm and embarrassment, the research aims to clarify the rulings on wiping over bandages and splints. Or does the ruling on wiping over the affected body end because of the inability to use water? These rulings have been shown through my division of the research into two sections in which I talked about the definition of the splint in language and terminology, the legitimacy of wiping over it, and the statement of its ruling with the statement of the sayings of the jurists in that and mentioning the evidence for each saying and the most correct of them, and I talked about the statement of the conditions for wiping over the splint, and the sayings of the jurists in it, And about the amount that is sufficient to wipe over it, and the sayings of the jurists in it and the most correct of them, and about the duration of the wiping over it, and the sayings of the jurists regarding it, and is it permissible to combine wiping over the splint and tayammum?, and about the definition of the bandage, and is it obligatory to repeat the prayer after recovery or not? The splint, and the difference between wiping over the splint and wiping over the khuff. The research has indicated that wiping over a splint is legitimate, and the jurists differed in its ruling and the most correct of them is that it is obligatory and not obligatory. One of the invalidations of wiping over a splint is juvenile, and its fall from its place, or its removal from its place, and wiping over it is permissible until recovery is complete.
